How are we planning to achieve that?
By listening to your request and understanding your needs we are confident that our knowledge and years of expertise can help you reach your dental goals whether they involve rehabilitation of function or cosmetic improvement. We work for you as a team, and often refer to ourselves as team members. We take great pride in each member's training. The following information will help us establish an appropriate treatment plan for your needs.

A) A COMPLETE MEDICAL HISTORY is necessary. We invite you to fill out the medical history contact form prior to your visit, also available by mail.

B) FULL SET OF X-RAYS: Please kindly provide copies of your current full mouth x-rays series and any other previous x-rays if taken during the last five years. This step will help help prevent unecessary exposure to radiation and may lower the cost of your initial visit.

C) Your time is valuable. Our appointments are reserved for you only, allowing a thorough treatment of your needs while respecting your time schedule. We are proud of our efficiency and we hope that you extend this courtesy to us. If it is necessary to change an appointment, we ask for 48 hours prior notice. We reserve the right to bill for broken appointments or changes outside of the 48 hour prior notice period.

D) EMERGENCIES: Patients with emergency needs should call our number 617-262-1422 as soon as possible. Early morning calls will usually guarantee an appointment the same day. Our practice focuses on prevention and restoration. We are committed to providing the best care, designed to maintain your optimum health. One of our priorities is to maintain absolute security is to sterilize all instruments under high heat and pressure in order to guarantee your health and avoid risk of cross contamination.

The cost of our treatments reflects our goal of offering high quality dental care at a reasonable price. Please note that our policy is to request payment upon completion of service.

We would be glad to provide you with an estimate of cost before beginning treatment and we are at your disposal to discuss financial arrangements and treatment options. We offer an incentive of $20.00 to be credited towards your treatment, per person referred to us by you

Nos reservamos el derecho a cobrar por citas no observadas o cambios fuera del periodo necesario de 48hrs.previas.

D) Emergencias deben llamar tan pronto sea posible; temprano en la mañana, garantiza usualmente una cita el mismo día. El costo de nuestros tratamientos es constantemente ajustado para continuar ofreciendo cuidado dental de alta calidad a un precio razonable. Nuestra política financiera esta incluida en la pagina "financial info." Todo pago por procedimientos debe ser rendido al momento de servicio.

Con mucho gusto le proveeremos un estimado de costo antes de comenzar tratamientos y estamos a su disposición para discutir arreglos financieros necesarios para procedimientos que requieran mas de una visita.
